UPS COMPLAINT

Ordered a laptop and paid 150$ overnigh rush delivery. UPS said they'd be there the next day between 11am and 2pm. They came at 8am when no one was there. I literally saw them on the ring camera and called UPS. they said nothing could be done. I got the laptop 5 days later. Waste of time and money. And on top of it the laptow was damaged. Custome service was horrible!! It would be nice to get reps that understand and speak english.... UPS is a bullshit, cheap ass, company that outsources. I hope they go out of business.
